How to Place an Order

1. Shop our store and add all your goodies to your cart.

2. Before you pay, choose between same day delivery, next day delivery, or pick up.

3. You will receive an email after your order has been confirmed. You will receive another email once your order is packaged for pick up or delivery.

Delivery Orders

For deliveries, we’ve partnered with Piikup - a dope Black-owned social enterprise and delivery service created right here in Oakland. Partnering with Piikup for delivery support is intentional and necessary to further our efforts.

Their mission is to support emerging businesses, but more intentionally, Piikup hopes to support those hyper local businesses owned by people of color and women of all cultures, those marginalized groups who would otherwise face challenges as they try to enter and establish themselves in the market and towards becoming a legacy business.

Piikup will provide deliveries to our Oakland neighbors Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Pick-Up Orders

All orders can be picked up at Dig Deep Farms located in San Leandro between 9:30-11 a.m. on Sunday - Tuesday and 9:30-11 a.m. on Thursday - Saturday or between 4:30 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Same day orders must be made before 4 p.m. for evening orders and before 9 a.m. for morning orders. Any orders placed after these times will be available next day.
